My little "Equine Angel".

This pretty little gal and her stable mates will be available at holiday time, along with some super maple syrup. I'm teaming up with my good friend Sue Beneke of Long Shadows Farm in Woodstock, VT to make some great gifts and gift baskets in order to raise funds for E.A.R.S.- Equine Angels Rescue Sanctuary. Sue taps the trees on her own organic farm, bottles, packages and lables all at her own expense and gives 100% of the proceeds to E.A.R.S.!!! Sue surely is an angel!
Here are some pictures of Sue's farm and her horse, Trucker(Halflinger).
And here is EARS website address. Trot on over to see what wonderful work they do!

Oh Nancy- please tell me how to make the beginner's quilt on Jennifer's site! I have so many pieces of her fabric and I cherish all of them!

Thanks for sharing the works of EARS, what a worthy cause. I've never heard of the Premarin mares and their plight. Now thanks to you I have, thanks for sharing this sad but useful info with the rest of us. Best of luck.
