What a wonderful Easter we had. Unfortunately I was too busy preparing to take any pics of my beautiful new grand- nephew, James Declan Geaney, a.k.a. "the Lad", or of any of the main meal. Luckily, the birthday cake for my beautiful daughter, Genevieve (20 on April 7th), made the blog. E-mail me for the recipe, which is super simple and decadent. All ingredients go into the Cuisinart. Bake it. Slather with Dulce de Leche and then drown in a dark chocolate ganache. Ouch.
