And the winner is....
Aileen Gribbin of NY, NY! My oldest friend from Northport, NY who I haven't seen in over 10 years. Tim picked the ticket, nothing fishy here, just good luck and good karma to someone who works so hard for the people of NYC.
Thank you to everyone who joined in the raffle and helped tp raise over $1800. 00 for the Marilyn W. Dugan Foundation. This money will be going specifically to help ship 2 containers of supplies and clothing collected in the town of Wilton, with the help of Marie Wendorff of Witchypoo! And special thanks to The girls at Make and Mingle for asking DIY-ers to dig deep and buy a ticket... crafty and thrifty are often synonymous. To Jennifer Paganelli of Sis Boom, thank you for donating the backing for the quilt and for helping me create such an amazing stash to work with.
Another quilt raffle will be on the way, and there will be more time to enter this one.
Haiti Thanks you, and so do I.
Nancy
Okay, Ollie, get off! It's Aileen's now!
